Seniors’ Wellness

Seniors enjoying Laughing Yoga ClassSeniors are the fastest growing demographic group in Canada and represent invaluable community resources. By encouraging seniors to participate in our various programs, we give them the opportunity to meet new people, exercise, and relieve their stress! We also provide our clients with programs catered to learning new skills, such as navigating computers.

This program is for seniors 65+. The objectives of the Seniors Wellness Program are:

  • Reduce isolation
  • Information

Activities often include International Folk Dance, Tai-Chi, Exercise Classes, and other recreational programs.

While all programs are FREE, registration is required.
