Community Engagement

EMCHC is committed to engaging our communities in the services we offer.

Each year we conduct client surveys and engage in program evaluations to help us update and improve our services and programs. Stayed tuned for the 2016 Client Survey Report, which we will be posting on this page as soon as it is available.

 

Advisory Committees

East Mississauga CHC has various advisory committees that help to shape and influence the services and programs provided at our centre. If you are interested in getting involved with any of these committees, please contact the staff person listed.

EMCHC Advisory Committee

The EMCHC Advisory Committee, made up of representative from the East Mississauga community, provides advice to the LAMP Board of Directors on the needs and priorities of the community. The Advisory Committee also takes up projects, and participates in EMCHC events. The EMCHC Advisory Committee meets monthly.

Seniors Advisory Committee

The Seniors Advisory Committee is made up of local seniors who meet to discuss the needs of seniors in the community, as well as provide feedback for all of our programming and services. 

Are you a senior who is interested in providing feedback about the needs of seniors in the Peel community? The Seniors Advisory Committee could be the place for you!

Trans & Gender-Diverse Communities Advisory Committee

If you identify as a member of the Greater Trans Communities in Peel, and want to help shape and inform programs and services offered to Trans Communities at East Mississauga CHC, join our Trans & Gender-Diverse Communities Advisory Committee!

The Committee meets monthly at East Mississauga CHC, and is made up of individual community members who identify as members the Greater Trans Communities in Peel.
